We have over 20 years of experience in the design, construction and operation of laboratory buildings for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Our specialists are highly familiar with the special requirements and regulations for laboratory facilities, especially the storage and disposal of hazardous substances, the preparation of risk assessments and crucial standards for occupational safety and health.
We build or convert between 3,000 and 5,000 square meters of laboratory space every year – from standard chemical and analysis laboratories to physics laboratories to biomaterial laboratories in biosafety levels 1 to 3. Both in and outside Industriepark Höchst .
